It's with the deepest sadness that we have to announce the passing of another great Wittoner. Alan Lowe sadly passed away this afternoon after being very poorly for the last couple of months. He moved with his wife to live in Lytham St Annes near Blackpool within the last year or so.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Alan's family and friends at this sad time.

RIP Alan.

Very sad news. We didn’t always see eye to eye as I sometimes thought he posted things just to get a reaction. He was our Donald Trump in some ways [and how he would have hated that comparison!] But I think that was his way of stirring people up to get them involved as he hated apathy. Certainly no doubting his passion and love for the club and its a duller place without him. R.I.P.
